    We are a team of marketing and WordPress support experts.  While our support subscriptions only serve small gigs, we are available for all of your WordPress needs including larger jobs and web design. If you would like to know more, please contact us with your questions.
  • Will you support more than one site?
    The monthly support subscription is only for one website. If you have a second website, sign up for a second plan.  Contact us for a custom quote for 3+ sites.
  • I’m thinking about signing up… when will you solve my problem?
    Our GURUZ will start working as soon as we receive your request and access to your WordPress account.  Once that is done, we’ll get started on your first job.
  • I’m not sure if my job is a small job, what do I do?
    Submit your request and if it’s a small gig, we’ll get started right away. If it is a big job, we will submit a quote for your approval before we begin. If you want to check before you signup, feel free to contact us.
  • Do you do one off jobs? Or is it monthly plans only?
    You can either sign up for a monthly plan, or contact us to order a single job.
  • I need a new site – can you help me?
    We sure can.  Contact us for a custom quote.
  • Do I have to commit to a contract on the monthly plans?
    No contracts, no surprise fees.
  • Do you offer a money back guarantee?
    If you’re not 100% satisfied with our service in the first 30 days, we will refund your subscription.
